Comedy Night – Bunbury Village Hall – Friday 13th October

Following the success of the first comedy night 2 years ago, Bunbury Cricket Club are holding another evening of Comedy, this time with a curry followed by another selection of excellent cheeses from the Chester Cheese Shop.

Both the junior and senior teams are keen to attract new members to the club and everyone is always welcome at the clubhouse for home games and the very sociable Thursday night junior training. Bunbury Cricket Club – Looking for New Members

Bunbury cricket club are looking for new players for the 2017 season. The club play in Division 3 of the Cheshire Cricket League and the juniors are members of the South Cheshire Cricket Association. We are looking for 1st XI, 2nd XI, juniors and social players and members to join us. We will be holding outdoor net sessions on tuesday 5th april from 6:30pm and Friday 8th April at 6:30pm . The league season starts on Saturday 16th April. When the 2nd XI entertain Chester Boughton Hall 3rd XI. Start time is 1:30pm. Training

Seniors training will be on Tuesday evenings – any registered junior aged 14 years or older may wish to attend this training as we would like to encourage their participation, when ready, in the senior teams at the club. Juniors training will be from 6.30pm on Thursday evenings If you know of anyone who has not received this e-mail but might be interested in joining our club or just coming along to a few training sessions to see how they get on please forward it to them – we always want to encourage new members to enjoy the game at Bunbury. Payment of membership fees would be preferred by BACS this year – all details are on the membership forms but if you have any questions about this please contact Pete Leftwick on the Registration Evening or via leftwick@liv.ac.uk

For those of you who cannot make the Registration Evening the completed forms can be posted or left at the clubhouse but we can NOT accept electronic versions – ECB rules state we must have a handwritten signature on membership forms.

Responsible adults of Junior members: Please remember that it is a legal requirement of our lease and insurance that all those using the club facilities are members.

Social membership only costs £15 for the year and really does help to support the club.
