The Hall is a Charity (number: 221392) serving as a vital community hub. It is committed to providing a welcoming space for all, encouraging participation and volunteer involvement

It features a first-floor meeting room and a large multifunctional hall with a fully sprung wooden dance floor, a stage, multi-purpose lighting, and a ceiling-mounted projection screen. Both spaces have access to a dining area and a kitchen with modern facilities.

The building offers wheelchair-accessible entrances to ground-floor areas, accessible toilets, and baby-changing facilities. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Become a volunteer

Everyone who is involved with Bunbury Village Hall is a volunteer and gives their time and experience without charge.

​The Trustees are always very happy to see new faces. No experience is necessary – just enthusiasm. We currently have a Treasurer, Events Booking Clerk and Maintenance Manager. We are looking for a Chairman and also Secretary, but always welcome anyone who can help with the general up-keep of the hall or would like to get involved with Finances, Event Booking, Maintenance or Grants/Fund raising.

To hire

Please use the form below.

Your hire request will be reviewed by the Bunbury Village Hall committee members.
If it meets the charities principle of serving the local community of Bunbury & surrounding villages you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The Main Hall (including kitchen & dining area) costs £12.50/hr to hire. Three hours and more costs £10/hr. Therefore 1 hr £12.50, 2 hrs £25, 3 hrs £30, 4 hrs £40 etc. The Loft Meeting Room costs £7.50 for half a day and £15 for a full day.
You will be invoiced at the end of the month prior to your hire .e.g if your hire is 14th February you will be invoiced around 25th January. You must pay your invoice at least 7 days before your hire.

Adult Party hires are £200 + £200 deposit. This hires the Main Hall (including kitchen & dining area) from Saturday 3pm to Midday Sunday (to allow time to clean afterwards).
You will be invoiced two months before the hire with payment due at least one month before.

Once payment is received you will receive a Welcome Pack which includes access instructions, health and safety guidelines, The Main Hall (including kitchen & dining area) costs £12.50/hr to hire. A gentle wellbeing session designed to help participants slow down, unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment away from the busyness of everyday life.

The session involves soft lighting, comfortable seating or mats, and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. It’s a quiet, restorative experience where attendees can relax deeply and enjoy a little “me time”.

We offer refreshments and sweet treat afterwards, giving everyone a warm opportunity to connect with fellow bathers and the host.
